What you actually pay for
It is worth being precise about this, because the number looks high next to a courier fee. A Soundboks is not a parcel: it weighs over 15 kilos, it does not fit in a normal car boot alongside anything else, and it has to come back. The price covers a person driving it out at a time you chose, carrying it in, and returning to collect it — four journeys in total across the rental.
If none of that matters to you and you have a car, collect it in Herlev and pay nothing. We would genuinely rather tell you that than have you feel the delivery was a trap.

Why does delivery cost 999 DKK when others charge less?
Because it is not the same service. Cheaper offers usually mean a courier drops a box at your address and you send it back yourself. We drive it to you in the time slot you chose, carry it in — it weighs over 15 kilos — and come back to collect it afterwards. The price covers both journeys and a person, not a parcel.
Is delivery cheaper if I live close to you?
No, it is the same price everywhere in the area. It keeps the price predictable, and it means you are not penalised for living further out. If you can collect it yourself in Herlev, that is free — for many people that is the better deal.
Where is the pickup address?
Havnsøvej 5, 2730 Herlev. It is a few minutes from the Motorring 3 motorway, and there is parking right outside. We show you how the speaker works before you leave, which takes about two minutes.
Do you deliver outside Copenhagen and North Zealand?
No. We drive everything ourselves, so the area is limited by how far we can reasonably go and back twice in a day. If you are outside it, you are welcome to collect in Herlev instead.
Can I choose the time?
Yes — you pick the time slot when you book, both for delivery and collection. The rental covers up to 3 days, so there is usually room to choose a time that suits you rather than one that just about works.
What do I do when I am finished with it?
Nothing in particular. Do not charge it, do not clean it, do not worry about how it is packed. If we delivered it, we come and collect it; if you collected it, you bring it back to Herlev.
