What we are good for instead
For most people the festival starts days before the campsite opens: friends gather in a flat or a courtyard, bags get packed, and someone puts on music. That evening is exactly what a Soundboks is for. It runs on battery, it is loud enough for a courtyard, and it connects over Bluetooth from any phone.
The same goes for the week afterwards, when everyone is home and slightly wrecked and wants to go through the photos properly.
If you have just moved to Copenhagen
You do not need a Danish CPR number, a Danish address history or anything similar to rent from us. You need an email address, a phone number and a card. There is no deposit, so nothing is held against your account while you have the speaker.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rent a Soundboks and take it into Roskilde Festival?
Not from us. We do not rent for use on the festival site, and we neither deliver nor collect anywhere on Roskilde Festival's grounds. What we do rent for is the warm-up party at home in Copenhagen before you leave, and the get-together afterwards.
Why not?
A festival camp is hard on equipment, the speakers are not insured for it, and getting one back across a crowded site is not realistic. We would rather say no clearly than take your money and disappoint you at the gate.
Can I rent a spare battery for the festival?
We rent extra batteries together with a Soundboks, not on their own. If you already own a Soundboks and only need a battery, we are not the right place — but call us anyway on +45 70 60 30 13 and we will point you somewhere useful.
I am staying in Copenhagen before the festival. Can you deliver there?
Yes. Greater Copenhagen and North Zealand are our area. Delivery is 999 DKK and covers both bringing it to you and collecting it again; picking it up yourself in Herlev is free.
How long can I keep it?
The price covers up to 3 days, so you can collect it the day before your warm-up party and return it the day after. If you need it for longer, call us — that is easier to arrange over the phone than through the form.
